would write a letter for you. Hope it helps!

To whom it may concern,
Sandra was recommended to me through a wedding message board
system. I was mostly looking for a wedding caterer who could fit my
budget. Sandra fit the bill and was so much more.
My first meeting with Sandra was thorough, professional and very
comforting that no detail would be left untended to. She listened to my
now husband and me, suggested changes and helped us make a menu
for our wedding that gave the relaxed feel we were searching for. And
she did this all within my budget. She was always honest with me about
what was possible and what was not.
My wedding was in Murrells Inlet, outside on July 15th, 2006. The weather
did its best not to cooperate in any way, shape or form. The heat index
reached 112 degrees, the hottest of the summer. Shortly (very shortly)
after dinner, the skies opened up and the rain came like I have not seen in
a long time. We had minimal rain plans, and Sandra was integral in
helping us cope. They even carried the still uncut wedding cake inside
under protection of an umbrella. She and her team worked harder that day
than I have ever seen service industry people work. My candles were
melting, they dealt with it. The rain poured almost an inch in 3 hours,
they dealt with it. My guest were melting from the heat, they dealt with it.
I have not even mentioned Sandra's food yet---AMAZING. Apparently the
smoked salmon was awesome, because it had been devoured by our guest
before we got any as it was served as an hors d' oeuvres during picture
taking. We STILL, 3 months later, have people ask us about it. Every station
was presented with panache and the food was incredibly delicious.
The set up was amazing and the little touches made our wedding memorable. The staff went the extra mile and even made sure my husband and I had a
very chilled bottle of wine and champagne during dinner (remember the 112 degrees).
If I could say anything about Sandra, it is to hire her. She was
wonderful, detail oriented, always returned all of my calls, and dealt with
a VERY chaotic wedding of mine. She was a lifesaver!!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for providing such wonderful food and service for Kimberly and Brad's wedding yesterday. The selections were fantastic - my favorites were the sweet potato biscuits and the teriyaki chicken breast bites. I also wanted to thank you for creating such attractive displays. Your staff was also very helpful, even providing some helpful hints to a cake-cutting novice. I will certainly tell everyone of your professionalism and good service. Hopefully, you will be able to help us with additional occasions in the future.

I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful job you did to make Mary Roueche's wedding reception so special. The food was fabulous. Although I did not get a bite at the wedding I gorged on the leftovers you so generously packed for us. Wow! Everything was so delicious. My mother in law raved and raved about the sweet potato biscuits.
The presentation was so pretty. I loved the pineapple palm tree. How clever!
And your waitstaff was so professional and courteous and went out of their way to serve and accommodate our guests. Thank you for helping to make our daughter's special day perfect!
